Are there any particular exercises I should do? I know about full contact twists, but I don't have a long dumbbell for those...what other ones are good? :)
I already do windmills and side extensions with a 20kg weight over a hyperextension bench... |

What is your bodyfat percentage? She is shredded after cutting weight for a fight. |

I heard that muscle tonus is actually a neural factor... And that's coming from Pavel Tsatsouline.
There's no better advice in getting obliques like those than reducing your bodyfat percentage in any way shape or form. Heck, liposuction would work better than pilates if all you eat is greasy pizza. |

They are visible. Just not very thick.
I already have low body fat, enough that the 6 segments on my abdominals are visible. |
